I am a wife and a mother to three beautiful children. There are three areas of my inspiration in which I thrive and evolve continuously and those are: Art, Yoga and Psychology. While been a homestay mom for a few years, I finished my BA in Psychology and received Yoga Certification RYT200 and RPYT Prenatal Yoga. After having my third child, I realized the need of taking care of myself, in a way of finding a source to fulfill my creative needs, to explore what I can bring into the world. And, life brought me the opportunity to explore the world of Meditative Art, where I loved it from the first site. For me, meditative art, is when a person is immersed in a creative process in which there are no thoughts, but only a moment, here and now. In this process, the whole focus of attention goes to creating a painting- a powerful concentration of energy, like a generator.
